1. If I am unsure of my exact budget, is it better to overestimate or underestimate?: Overestimate, within reason.

2. How do I estimate staff costs?: From medium to large projects, we are aware that it may be hard to determine how many staff hours it will take to implement. Please project costs as best you can. The actual staff salaries and time will be tracked through the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM).

3. Can project funds be paired with existing FY’21 program funds?: Yes.
