The Maryland-National Capital Park Police bicycle Safety Program offers free bicycle training, education and safety tips to children and youth in Prince George's County. As part of the Bicycle Safety Program, the Park Police Volunteers Association issues certificates to children & youth who attends our bike rodeo events.
